How do I download my files?
After completing your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a download link.

Can I print these at home or a local shop?
Yes! You can print at home, take it to a local shop like Walgreens or Staples, or use an online print service.
However, I don’t always recommend printing at home. While all my digital files are 300 dpi high-resolution files, which ensures high quality, the best results come from professional printing services. That said, don’t worry—this can even be done at places like Walmart or your local print shop!
What happens if my print arrives damaged?
Oh no! Please send me a quick photo of the damage and I’ll happily send a replacement or offer a full refund — no stress.
What’s your refund policy?
I want you to love your purchase! If you're not happy, please reach out — I offer full refunds or replacements when something isn’t right.
Do you offer custom colors or designs?
Absolutely! I only offer color revisions or size revisions at the moment, and not custom designs. But don’t worry, I hope to offer these options in the near future! I’m so sorry for the inconvenience, but I’ll always be happy to help with tweaking the colors or sizes to get it just right.
